Bit of a “down-under” theme for this month’s newsletter in that we are delighted to welcome Peter Robertson of Brookfields Vineyards in New Zealand to Suffolk. Peter will be talking about his fantastic wines at an evening of fine dining on Friday 9th September. For once Chris will be taking the support role and coming up with a six course Tasting menu to match the selected wines – and not the other way round.
If a Barbie is more your taste – we still have some tables for our all day Sunday barbecues on the 14th August and Sunday 4th September ...but they are going fast!
