Festive Menu

We'll be serving our festive menu with all the trimmings (alongside our seasonal a la carte menu) throughout December. It might be friends, families or that work Christmas do. We welcome big parties! We'll need a advance notice if you'd like our festive set menu to ensure things run smoothly ~ and a £10 per guest deposit. 
 

To Start

Treacle cured salmon, horseradish crème fraiche, beetroot, soda bread
Celeriac & apple soup
Pork, apricot & pistachio terrine, pickles, toast
Partridge vol au vent, whole grain mustard

 

To Follow

Roast turkey with all the trimmings
Slow cooked short rib, roast carrots, cheddar & spinach fritter, shallot
Cod, soft herb risotto, cavelo nero, lobster bisque
Jerusalem artichoke, spätzle, salsify, mushroom cream

Christmas pudding ice cream baked Alaska, brandy custard
Apple & quince crumble, vanilla ice cream
Chocolate mousse, spiced clementines, orange sorbet
Trio of cheese, preserved fig, chutney, wafers

Pork belly, pan seared scallop, cauliflower

Beef Wellington, truffled celeriac, creamed spinach
Roasted halibut, crab beignet, soft herb sauce
Salt baked celeriac pithivier, shallots, kale, pickled walnut

Whipped vanilla cheesecake, roast apples, Sauternes jelly
