We had long promised ourselves a visit so used my birthday as a reason. Even car park was a pleasant surprise. Extremely courteous and efficient staff with service that was very attentive without being intrusive. Interesting menu with attractive presentation and efficient delivery. Very enjoyable visit.

First time dining at the Bildeston crown and I can honestly say it was one of the nicest meals out I have had in a long time. The service was spot on. Friendly, attentive and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional and the wine list was extensive. The overall atmosphere was near on perfect. The staff were all very polite and knowledgeable about both their wines and dishes. Something which I have found lacking at other, similar places, recently. This definitely won’t be our last visit to the crown. Highly recommended.
